Those who may please to favor him with their custom, may rely on having their furniture of good materials, in the modern style, and as faithfully executed as the7 can get from any of the northern cities, lie lias now on hand for sale: One larc mahogany Sideboard, with looking-glasses in the back board, four carved paws and columns in front. One do. with a press on top of it for glass ware. One mahogany Secretary and book case. Two mahogany Bureaus, one with carved paws and columns, the other plain. )ne mahogany Dressing-table, with carved pillar and claws. A few pieces of walnut furniture. "pOR SALE, by the Subscribers, 100 casks Thomaston Lime, which will be sold low for cash. D. RICHARDS $ CO. April, 1S29. Shocco Springs, WAUREtf COUNTY, NORTH-CAROLINA. CiN the first day of June next, the houses at Shocco Springs, nine miles South of Warrenton and three miles from the Northern and Southern main Stage roads, will be opened for the re ception of Visitors. The great advanta ges of this watering place in most cases of disease and debility, have been so of ten tested by those who have attended it, that to such, it is only necessary to say that all the buildings are in excel lent repair and condition. The accom modations, in every respect, shall be such as my best efforts can effect, for comfort and convenience to all who may visit the place. To those who have not visited Shocco, it may be necessary to say, that the buildings are sufficiently numerous, and conveniently arranged for tfie accommodation of a large assem blage. The private apartments will af ford ample retirement to those who pre fer it, and the public Halls are abundant ly spacious to receive all who may de sire company, and where music and dancing can be enjoyed by such as de light in it. An arrangement will be made to have divine worship performed at the Spring on the Sabbath day, where such visit ors as may choose, can attend preaching without inconvenience. In addition to the valuable medicinal qualities of the Shocco waters, it is loca ted in a most healthy part of the county, surrounded by a polished society, where the invalid can be restored to health, in an agreeable circle. iMy terms for board, &c. will be the same as last year, viz: Si per day for each grown person; $22 50 per month3 or $G per week...
